What happens if PORi CANCELS A COURSE?
It is extremely unusual for PORi to cancel a course date. Once we have participants sign up, we are committed to holding the course as scheduled. However, things can happen and if we ever do need to cancel a scheduled course, PORi does reserve the right to cancel any course and will not be responsible for any charges incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. A full course tuition refund will be issued if PORi cancels the course. PORi also reserves the right to change a course date, location or instructor. No refund will be issued if course is in progress and is interrupted by an Act of War or God or issue beyond our control. PORi will not be responsible for any participant expenses other than a course deposit or tuition refund for course cancellations.
Can I cancel or switch courses?
Yes. All cancellations must be submitted by email to [email protected] and received at least 10 days prior to the course date. Refunds and transfers minus a processing fee of $50.00 are provided until 7 days prior to the course date. No refunds will be issued if notice is received after 7 days prior to the course date. Course participants are able to switch their course dates at no further cost provided there is availability on the course they wish to attend.
